What profile information will we share on our site?
At Phono-Graphix Reading Company, security of your personal information is very important. We make every effort to not expose any personally identifying information to internet software robots, hackers, or malicious users
If you choose to appear in either our publicly searchable practitioner or members-only databases, we MAY provide the following information from your member profile in the search results:
- Your name and title (if any)
- Your city, state, and area code
- Your Business or Referral phone number (if provided)
- Your profile biography (if provided)
- Your website address (if provided)
- Your facebook, twitter, or linked-in contact information (if provided)
In addition, we may also provide a secure e-mail form for interested parties to contact you. However, your e-mail address will not be publicly visible or available to anyone unless you reply to them in a normal e-mail exchange.
We will NOT, nor will we ever, publish:
- Your home or business address
- Your home phone number
- Your home or work e-mail addresses
- Your employer, position, or any employer information
- Who you were trained by in Phono-Graphix
- Your membership expiration date
- Any and all information not included in the list above
All security on our Websites is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions. However, this is not a guarantee that such data transmissions cannot be accessed, altered or deleted due to firewall or other security software failures.
